Enter the code and press Confirm to redeem it.
Then go in-game and collect your rewards from the mail.

The code has expired: Event codes and milestone codes can expire quickly.
The code was entered incorrectly: Codes are case-sensitive, so copy them exactly.
The code is already used: Most gift codes can only be redeemed once per account or character.
The code is server-limited: Some codes may only work on certain regions, servers, or platforms.
You have not unlocked redemption yet: Finish the opening tutorial first, then check the Settings menu again.
