Go to: https://gevents.globallap.com/gamecode/index.html?gameId=440 Official Redemption Website
Log in using your linked Facebook or Google account, or use the OTP login option.
Select your server and character.
Enter the code and press Confirm to redeem it.
Then go in-game andcollect your rewards from the mail.

Warum funktioniert der Last Asylum: Plague Code nicht

The code has expired: Event codes and milestone codes can expire quickly.
The code was entered incorrectly: Codes are case-sensitive, so copy them exactly.
The code is already used: Most gift codes can only be redeemed once per account or character.
The code is server-limited: Some codes may only work on certain regions, servers, or platforms.
You have not unlocked redemption yet: Finish the opening tutorial first, then check the Settings menu again.
